DELIVERY POLICY
Shipping time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it takes a product to reach the final order recipient from the date it is shipped from our providers and distributors warehouses.
Delivering the order to its final recipient We have several fulfillment centers and distributors that store and ship our products. If you order have more than one item, some of them may be shipped from a separate location, and therefore, may arrive at different times. There are items that could be shipped separately if they have different shipping methods or are not available in our warehouses on the same day.
Your original estimated shipping amount does not change if more than one shipment location is used.
Deliveries are done in a personalized way at final recipient’s home. If the beneficiary is not present at the moment the visit is done, the package will not be delivered to neighbors, friends or any other person who is not duly specified by the customer on the order. The customer could include a second alternative name for delivery in the case that the person stated as beneficiary is not present at the moment of the visit.
The orders that contain mistakes in the recipient’s address can be temporarily stopped until the customer supplies enough and precise information. If not, the order could be cancelled and the money of the operation credited back to customer. In that case, the final recipient should contact us through the email help@supermarket23.com.
Delivery times Deliveries take from 7 to 10 business days for destinations in the country's capital. For other areas in the countries it takes from 28 to 30 business days to deliver an order.
Receiving the order at destination Receipt must be signed when the order is finally delivered. Supermarket23 will keep receipts for one year. The customer will be notified by email when the order is delivered.
Recipient MUST NOT SIGN the delivery voucher if for any reason disagrees with quantity and/or quality of items delivered, if product description do not match with description detailed on order, or for any other reason he/she considers valid to reject the order. In case of error on distribution, we will deliver the order again properly, without any extra charges. If Supermarket23 considers that delivery was made properly, will email you informing about not reception of order and you money will be credited back.
Confirming the delivery You will be notified of delivery to final recipient by email. Supermarket23 ships items as they are available; therefore you may receive more than one delivery confirmations if you purchase several items.
Verifying order authenticity
In order to avoid fraudulent or unauthorized uses of your identity or credit card information, all orders made on Supermarket23 are verified.
At any time, you can be asked to send us a note that proves that it is you and no one else who is purchasing on our Site. In this note, you should include a legible copy of you driver license or ID document belonging to the country where you have your residence and must be signed. The sign on note must match the one appears on your ID document. The note can be scanned and emailed to supervisor@supermarket23.com or faxed to: (1) 416 352 5698.
You never be asked to send us your credit card information, we do not collect or process that information. Your credit card number will be only asked for order payment purposes. The shipping time should be added to the number of days for order and client authenticity verification process. Products delivery times or service fulfillment, will start from time order be checked and verified as authentic.
User agreement and Modifications
This site reserves the right to modify its Delivery Policy at its discretion, or against any customer if believes he/she is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting the revised Delivery Policy on Site.
You agree and it is your obligation, to periodically review the Site, including the current version of this Delivery Policy.
