RETURN POLICY
Canceling an order
All orders are processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order.
Check your Order Status online. Orders with a status of "On Process" or “Concluded” cannot be canceled either refunded. Orders with status “Not Processed”, “Approved” or “Retained” can be cancelled and the paid amount credited back to you. However, you or your recipient may refuse the merchandise because quantity or quality problems. A refund will be issued once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse or distributors, just if merchandise is unpacked.
Once recipients accept products by signing at the moment of delivery, product’s value is not refundable unless imperfections, damages or any other reason made them useless or unsuitable. Any other issue related has to be covered by product warranty. In this case, if products can not be replaced, we will credit back the total amount paid for that product. Credit back transactions can not exceed the total amount of transaction.
Credit back requested by clients
Any client can request a credit back if order has not been processed. If the request is motivated by the interest of the client or by an error committed by the same person in buying or any other reason, not inherent to a breach, bad service or interest of Supermarket23, then 10 (ten) % will be deducted from the amount to return to client, in order to cover the operating costs, the refund of the money, as well as other banking expenses related.
If the credit back is in response to bad service or breach of Supermarket23 or to a decision taken by the initiative of Supermarket23, the total order amount will be credited back, as Supermarket23 will absorb the costs mentioned in the previous paragraph.
In order to obtain a refund, you must provide your correct e-mail address to help@supermarket23.com. Supermarket23 will not be liable for any claim that was a result of an incorrect email address provided by you. The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail address.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims
All requests to negate charges are investigated by our risk management and legal departments. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized credit card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in criminal charges that may be filed against you.
User agreement and Modifications
This site reserves the right to modify its Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer if believes he/she is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting the revised Refund Policy on Site.
You agree and it is your obligation, to periodically review the Site, including the current version of this Refund Policy.
